Entrepreneur Warehouse is an Enterprise Development (ED) innovation of SABEF, established to offer SMMEs  an array of business support resources and a more convenient alternative to setting up a new office that requires furnishing and equipment. The Incubator's Enterprise Development Beneficiary Program provides two subsidised SMME Development offerings:

1. Fully-Serviced Office Infrastructure
The purpose of offering office space and shared administrative services is to allow our Enteprise Development Beneficiaries to focus on their core businesses with the assurance that business support is on hand and overheads are covered. Based on the SMME revenue and staffing level, this Fully-Serviced Office Infrastructure offering is structured as follows:

• Visual Office Solution: for Start-Up Enterprises, graduation period - 1 year
• Workstation Office Solution: for Small Enterprises, graduation period - 2 years
• Full Office Solution: for Medium Enterprises, graduation period - 3 years

2. Individualised Business Support Solution
We as SABEF understand it is impossible to expect that every prospective entreprenerial opportunity will eventually become a reality and bankable. In this regard, we have developed a simple, yet extremely powerful Individualised Business Support Solution for our Enterprise Development Beneficiaries, which is structured as follows:

• Entrepreneurial Assessment & Research: we do entreprenerial assessment on entrepreneurs
• Business Model & Idea Validation: we validate the bankability of the business concept or idea
• Online Business Mentoring: using the MentorMate portal, we mentor entrepreneurs online
• Software Skills Training: we run basic software demostrations to improve SMEs' operations
• Supplier Development Workshops: we run a comprehensive one-on-one mentorship programme on Business Planning & Profiling, BEE & Compliance, Communication, Tendering, Corporate Governance, Sales & Marketing and Financial Management.

At Entrepreneur Warehouse, SABEF is not only offering training, support and operational infrastructure but also provides networking, financing and procurement opportunities for Enterprise Development Beneficiaries.
